Children's Home Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Children’s Home Manager, overseeing a Brand-new Residential Children’s Home in Bexhill-on-Sea.
Virtue Therapeutics Care and Education aims to raise the standards of children’s homes through the creation of specialist therapeutic communities that genuinely care. Our Home is staffed with caring adults who work together and have a therapeutic ethos centred around developing sustainable success for the futures of our young people.

- You will be leading the opening of a brand new home supporting young people with Learning Disabilities

Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Foster a nurturing environment where young people can flourish and develop their potential.
- Effectively communicate with residents and staff members to address needs and concerns.
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to facilitate opportunities for further education and career advancement for young residents.
- Uphold the company ethos of prioritising the well-being and development of young people.
Package:
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 with incentives up to £10,000 per annum
