An exciting opportunity for a Childrens Home Manager job in Coventry has arisen, leading a brand-new Residential Childrens Home in Coventry.

Blossom Childrens Homes is a group of specialist childrens homes supporting children with learning disabilities, ASD and associated needs. Each of our homes has an experienced team of adults who apply a therapeutic approach in a homely environment.

  • You will be leading the opening of a brand new home supporting young people with Learning Disabilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Foster a nurturing environment where young people can flourish and develop their potential.
  • Effectively communicate with residents and staff members to address needs and concerns.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to facilitate opportunities for further education and career advancement for young residents.
  • Uphold the company ethos of prioritising the well-being and development of young people.

Package:

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 with incentives up to £10,000 per annum
