Key responsibilities:

Shifts:

7am – 2.30pm and 2.15pm – 9.45pm

A people person:

Naturally supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong relationships and empathise. Finds it easy to integrate within an established team of healthcare professionals.

Caring by nature:

Adaptable:

Health and social care is fast-paced, can you think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations

  • Face-to-face Moving and Handling of People Certificate – Experience using equipment such as hoists
  • Experience of supported living services for adults with complex needs
  • Strong communicator – some service users are blind and nonverbal.
  • Epilepsy and Buccal training desired – but training can be provided
  • Medication administration experience is desired – but training can be provided
  • 6 months of UK experience working in a professional care home or supported living service
  • Wanting to work Days and Nights
